I loved our spacious executive king room with a kitchen and the great location near Lake Pertobe Adventure Playground.

The hotel was simply stunning. The rooms were romantic and the beds were exceptionally comfortable. I was offered a room with lovely views of the ocean. The location was marvelous and beautiful for walking around Stingray Bay. Thanks to the friendly service, I had a really great stay. They provided free on-site parking.

The location is fantastic, with Stingray Bay nearby. It was great to have complimentary Wi-Fi, coffee, and a lounge in the room. I loved that there was a reasonably priced restaurant on-site. The Saturday market and fairgrounds next door were a nice bonus.

We had room which had a small mini fridge, coffee and a lounge and was great-sized and functional. The breakfast was above average and the service was friendly. The location was beautiful, within walking distance of Lake Pertobe Adventure Playground.

The hotel offers reasonably priced dishes. Located centrally next to the ocean, it's close to kid-friendly "fair ground" activities, the Boardwalk, parks, and the beach. The rooms are tidy and relaxing with a nice view.

This place is conveniently situated by the waterfront and within walking distance to the main tourist area and park.

Great service and amazing food here! The cozy atmosphere adds to the charm 😌 Plus, you can't beat the central location!

I had an incredible experience at the hotel & hot springs. The staff were professional and the decor was excellent. We stayed in the Superior Suite with a Spa Bath and kitchenette, which was spacious and beautifully furnished. The room had stunning views of the ocean, with incredible sunset colors in the afternoon and a breathtaking sunrise in the morning. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the room service was lightning fast. We also enjoyed the relaxing bath and made use of the geothermal pools, which were one of the best experiences of our lives. it was fantastic value for money.

The 1.5% surcharge on credit card at checkout. should advise when booking.Also I have never had $250 put thru on credit card on arrival and then had it reversed when leaving , what an insult. would prefer to pay in advance on future.

Thank God we got it half price, and even then they where pushing it. I wouldn't stay there again

This hotel offers great value for money. The prices are reasonable and the attention to detail is evident in every aspect of the stay. The location is perfect, right in the heart of the coastal attractions of Warrnambool. The staff are friendly and provide excellent service, making you feel welcome from the moment you arrive. The rooms are well-equipped, with a balcony providing a beautiful view of the water. Plus, the fact that breakfast is included is a fantastic bonus.

All was fantastic, no improvements needed.
